Postpartum Support for New Mamas

Are you a soon-to-be new mama (or new again to another babe)? 

It is so vitally important for mamas to feel seen, heard, loved, and cared for during the tender and magical transition of the fourth trimester. If your village is less than village-y, or you simply long to have a fellow women around to help out, I am here.

I will visit you at home to support your family, from being an ear to listen to your birth story, to massaging your feet, to setting up sitz baths, and everything in between. When you are nourished and pampered, you can focus on resting, healing, and connecting with your new baby.

This is for 20 hours of local (CT or nearby) in-home postpartum support.
